County Recorder System (CRS) automates the entire records
management and recording functions for the county clerk or recorder.
CRS handles the automatic instrument recording, receipting with recording/mailing labels and cash drawer, automatic fee calculation
(user definable), on-line imaging for viewing/storage/printing,
public access on-line viewing/retrieval/printing, on-line
verification, full financial reporting/audit trails, and much
more. CRS handles all types of documents including deeds, mortgages, releases, reassignments, attachments, liens, UCCs, and
other misc. documents. Any document can be retrieved by any
criteria with cross reference to other instruments where applicable.

- Web and Public access (on-site and remote) for on-line viewing/retrieval/printing.
- On-line capture and input of fees for printing or copying of documents.
- Three options for verification of data input: on-line view, re-key or print out.
- Full financial reporting/audit trails.
- Accounts Receivable for monthly billings.
- Bar code option for lookup and input of instruments.
